Does anyone have any tips to help my tulpas be more active? They're more.. quiet? Than they used to be And i sorta liked when they would pop in more often They still talk to me when i talk to them, and they switch in sometimes, but they don't randomly pop in as much or say things like they used to

well if you noticed a drop of spontaneity… you might consider your energy levels, if they dropped as well. How has your sleep been lately, have you been more busy, more stressed?
I think it should be fine as long as y’all are okay with it
Being influenced by someone else and deciding to be a little more like them I’d say is different than trying to clone an irl person into your head

It helps to have a basis to start off of. I’d consider hitting up a certain voice actor or character from any media for reference.

Keep in mind that this won’t happen right away. They’ll probably use your mind voice early on as a medium to talk to you and adopt their own voice as you progress.

You’ll need to simulate your tulpa talking to you in your chosen voice, and then have them say a couple words with said voice.
Khaos
I like to call em that and
That would explain something for a creation of mine thx
I've been experimenting with altered states of consciousness a lot and I'm fairly certain that "reality shifting" is the same state you go in when you do astral projection or go into sleep paralysis without having a panic attack (which makes the infamous sleep paralysis demons appear just by expecting them).
The experience definitely exists and it's easier to visualize anything you want in your mind's eye but everything is in your head and you don't teleport to another dimension
Hmm we have a form of meditation that does something similar

I wouldn't be able to teach anyone though cause it's hard and you need to be pretty good at not falling asleep easily. Edit: Actually there's more than that but that's just the more easy to explain parts(edited)
It works best if you didn’t sleep much the night before (like 5 hours, just before REM sleep), go back to bed in the middle of the day with a sleeping mask, then lie on the back and not move for 30+ minutes until you notice it's harder to feel the body and hypnagogia kicks in(edited)
This is like the perfect response. I love it.
Curious I'm dedicated enough to actually go and try this stuff, get results, but skeptical and intelligent enough to understand what it is and explain it to other people in that context.
